Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bordi mobile app and website (the “Service”) provided by Aleksandar Vlaškalić (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Bordi provides estimated border-crossing wait times, trends, and community-submitted reports. Estimates are provided for convenience only and may be inaccurate or delayed.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

Wait times are estimates and are not a guarantee of actual conditions. Always follow official signage and the instructions of border authorities. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or spam reports.
• Do not use the Service while operating a vehicle in an unsafe manner.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the reports and content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.

6. Premium features

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing, and renewal terms are shown at purchase and handled through the App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding except as needed to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
